Summer League Registration
The registration form is available, and can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. If there are any questions, please use the form on the 'Contact Us' page. Registration forms must be handed in at St. John's Gym by the Player Assessment Days on Wednesday 6/20 (Boys Grades 7-10) and Thursday 6/21 (Boys Grades 4-6 and Girls)
Regretfully, any registration forms received after Wednesday 6/20 (Boys Grades 7-10) or Thursday 6/21 (Boys Grades 4-6 and Girls) will not be accepted.
